Mechanical production

We perform machining of thermoplastics on CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines. Turning is performed on automatic lathes, while milling is carried out on different modern 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines.

Example of our machining capabilities:

3-axis machining up to a thickness of 40 mm and a size of 1000 x 1300 mm

3-axis machining up to a thickness of 80 mm and a size of 1000 x 700 mm

5-axis machining up to a height of 700 mm and a size of 1500 x 1960 mm

Your detailed technical specifications and CAD drawings are used as a basis for machining the finished parts.

Customer orders according to drawings are programmed at in-house programming workstations.

Our programming workstations are equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems for CAD-CAM. Problem-free production is ensured by direct communication between the production planning department and the CNC workplace.

We guarantee a high quality standard for turning finished parts on our CNC lathes. Modern machines are naturally also available for sawing, drilling, engraving and deburring.

We produce to drawings, samples or your CAD data, which you can supply to us in all common formats.
