Screen printing
Kirsch Kunststofftechnik has two screen-printing tables to complete its range of services for surface coating of plastics. These tables allow printing of components with dimensions of up to 3000 mm x 1500 mm. The screen printing department is located separately in its own hall area so that a high degree of cleanliness can be ensured here as well.
We are experts in screen printing of plastics. We have in-depth knowledge of the specific characteristics of plastics and also know about the compatibility of different plastics with the corresponding inks. Our employees are rightly proud of their specialist knowledge and working precision.

Foil lamination
We produce foil logos or coating stencils on the basis of your data. Our skilled employees have many years of experience in this field, and know how to apply foils expertly and without bubbles. As in all surface finishing processes, an ultra-clean environment is a basic precondition for good quality. By separation of the different manufacturing processes in different areas, we ensure that we create the best possible conditions for production in the required high quality.
