Trim panels

For the interior of motor vehicles, we manufacture products such as trim panels for car radios in polycarbonate by means of an injection moulding process. Kirsch Kunststofftechnik GmbH coats such trim panels with different scratch-resistant coatings in order to achieve a high surface finish quality. Either UV-curable or heat-curable coating systems are used here.

Matched individually to the components and quantities, we find the most appropriate process and coating system to ensure that high-quality coatings can also be applied inexpensively in large-run series production.
Kirsch Kunststofftechnik GmbH offers all possibilities for surface coating of components under cleanroom conditions, also for series production applications.
