Pipe construction

Pipe systems made of plastic are usually used for transport of fluids - particularly in the case of water-hazardous and chemical media.
The materials PVC, PP, PE and PVDF offer an increasing number of possibilities as an alternative to pipes made of metal.

We choose the most suitable material and the corresponding method for joining the pipe sections depending on the specific application. We use all of the most common pipe joining methods:

•    Heated tool butt welding
•    Heated tool sleeve welding
•    Extrusion welding
•    Hot gas welding
•    Cold welding (solvent bonding)

Where possible, the pipe installations are prefabricated on our premises and then assembled on site.
We pay attention here both to ensuring a technically correct joining method as well as visually perfect execution.

The combination of tank and container construction and corresponding piping in accordance with § 191 WHG (German Water Resources Act) allows production of complete installations true to our principle of “everything from one source”.
